South Indian Food (Discussion)

I had some South Indian food yesterday and really loved it. However, I don’t see many recipes here that our South Indian. I’m not even sure what I had! It was a flat, sour-tasting bread with tomatoes and chilies in it. It was served with a watery curry. What is this called?

    it may be onion dosa with sambhar

    It was thicker than dosa- I think it was uthapam. I think you’re right about the sambhar.

    yes you’re it might be uthapam bcoz it remains thicker than dosa
