1. Sliced Bread (7 to 8 pieces) (it would be better if the bread is left for one or two days)
2. Chopped onion : one
3. Chopped carrot : one (into small pieces)
4. Chopped capsicum : one
5. Chopped green chilli : according to choice
6. Chopped tomato : one (into small pieces)
7. Egg : one
8. Mustard seed : 1/4 tea spoon
9. Dried chilli : one or two
10. Curry leaves : four or five
11. Oil : to fry
12. Salt : according to taste
Direction:-
1. Pour oil in the frying pan.
2. Add mustard seed, dried chilli and curry leaves. Fry it for a few minutes.
3. Add chopped onion and fry till it turns brown.
4. Add the other vegitables and fry for a few minutes.
5. Add the egg and stire it till it becomes small pieces.
6. Make small pieces of the bread slices and add them into the pan.
7. Fry all the mixture for a few minutes.
8. Add salt.
9. Add one table spoon water.
10. Cover the pan and leave it for half a minute.
11. Serve hot.
