Kesari
Kesari is a sweet Indian dish. It is an easy to
make and tasty to eat food.

The ingredients needed for this
recipe is
Semolina 1 cup
Water 3 cup
Kesari Powder 1/2
teaspoon
Broken Cashewnuts 10
gram
Sugar 1-1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder 5
gram
Raisins 10 gram
Ghee 4 tablespoon
Fry the
raisins and cashewnuts in one teaspoon of ghee and keep aside. Fry
the semolina till it becomes golden brown and boil it with three
cups of water. Keep on stirring. When semolina is nicely cooked,
add sugar and kesari powder and keep on stirring. When the mixture
starts leaving the sides of the vessel, add fried raisins,
cashewnuts, and cardamom powder and pour it on to a greased plate.
Cut it into desired shapes, when it is still warm.
